3DS Homebrew tools and tutorial

Hello everyone!

The goal of this project is to:

Explain how to make your own homebrews for Nintendo 3DS / 2DS / New 3DS from scratch.
See the tutorial. (a basic knowledge of programming is needed)
Document all the features of ctrulib and the role of each function, as well as the 3DS inner workings.
See 3DS and ctrulib documentation.
Provide some handy tools to ease your homebrew development.
